「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...

「The room is big, and it has everything you need for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to supermarkets, easy to buy groceries for your trip. However, it is slightly far from the high street. It takes some time to walk to the city centre, especially during rain.」

「Family room was very clean. The bunk bed were a bit squeeky and not too confortable but for one or two nights, it's fine. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Beautiful view on Ben Nevis. For the price, it is worth it.」

Offered laundry service which was helpful after 2 weeks in country and one more remaining. The house is great and the garden is beautiful. Great view of Loch Linnhe from the front. 「This was a solid hotel on our way to Isle of Skye. The construction outside wasn't known until after the booking. And while not horrible, they started moving equipment about 45 min before 8am when the work was to start. We knew it would be rustic and it was. No frills but solid hotel. Beds were very hard though.」
