I travel 3-5 days a week for work. This by far has been the best Fort Wayne experience I've had. The room was spotless, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was good shower was awesome. Absolutely no complains at all, Good job BW

One of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed at. Room was large as was the bathroom. Staff was wonderful and pleasant. Even the towels were soft and thick. Not one single negative thing to possibly say.

5 STARS FOR PINK PALACE!!! First time to stay and enjoyed our time immensely. Beautiful hotel,staff was friendly and helpful,everything was well maintained. Close to Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Alot of dinning options on area.

Odd location, like a maze to get to the hotel. Room was ok, dirty & smelly stairway between the 2nd and 3rd floor, breakfast was subpar. There are lots of places to eat nearby however, and a Kroger grocery store nearby. Zoo not far away, though I wouldn't recommend that in the winter with much of the things closed.

An okay place to stay

Hotel was clean. Staff was okay. Felt like there may have been people who were living in the hotel and very comfortable with their surroundings, but made me feel uncomfortable.

Great hotel for the price! I didn’t have breakfast this day, but it smelled good. The only complaint, and this happens a lot elsewhere, there was some dust and mineral buildup in the water chamber of the personal coffeemaker. It’s a huge plus when it’s wiped clean. Other than that, they regularly check on you and have a willingness to help.

Convenient hotel.

It's a great place, near to many stores n restaurants, within walking distance. The rates are great too. We just needed an overnight stay, so we could get an early flight.
