2/10 Terrible

The apartment was the same as pictured, but it was not cleaned before we arrived. There was a visible blood stain on the couch, human hair on surfaces in the kitchen, visibly dirty sheets on the bed, not swept, and smudges on glass surfaces and walls. Two out do three TVs in the apartment we're broken.
The instructions for checking in were clear and precise, but the parking pass was missing, the key fob had not been left where it was said so we could not leave the premises until we called.
When we called to get assistance, the Landing company was in CA and could not get ahold of the property manager on the weekend. They attempted to move us to another apartment in the complex which was then locked. They attempted to move us again to a third apartment which they couldn't get the code to and was only one bed (for a party of 4). Terrible experience unfortunately.
I eventually heard from the property manager on Monday afternoon, welcoming me to the apartment. We had checked out and asked for a refund on Saturday afternoon so Landings had not communicated with the property directly in 3 days. Will not be going through Landings again or Colonial Commons again.
