"I was very disappointed with the check-out experience. There was no porter service available to assist guests with their luggage when leaving it at the concierge desk. Furthermore, access to the room was disabled before 11:00 a.m., creating unnecessary inconvenience.
The concierge desk is located on the ground floor, far from the reception area, yet there was no staff assistance or organization in place to help guests manage their luggage and departure process efficiently. The lack of coordination and support made the experience frustrating and stressful.
For a hotel of this category and reputation, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, the departure experience fell well below the standard of excellence that guests should reasonably expect."
