The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that we were on the ground floor so the people moving around in the room above as was a bit loud but they quieted down by bedtime so it was fine. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of options. Pool was a bit cold but nice and clean and the kids loved the waterslide although they wished it went into the pool instead of being separate. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The only thing we didn’t like was all the swim lessons in the pool. There were so many kids taking private swim lessons, that my kids couldn’t use the slide or the main pool. And they took all the surrounding tables and chairs.

Great customer service

I have to say that nichol went over and beyond while checking me in. She catered to my requests for a ground floor and a room with a tub, she politely upgraded me, and walked me to the room to see it and make sure it would work for me. She had amazing customer service. She also one Morning assisted a guest who had lost his invisiline braces, and she actually dug through the break fast time garbage to help him find his expensive mouth piece. She’s always bubbly and real and happy to help everyone. She’s the type of customer service worker that keeps you coming back and deserves the recognition!

They offered a room on the ground floor without discussing it with me. I’ve never been to a hotel that even had a main floor option before and I didn’t like it. The hallway was really smelly and I couldn’t find out why. Breakfast was also very bad as the squashes tasted weird.
