「It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move.」

「rude front desk, smelly and dirty room, bad breakfast, something wired underneath the bedsheet. If I could score this hotel zero, then I would.」

「Room and bathroom were both in poor condition and strong smell of smoking even though it was deemed as non-smoking room. The bed sheet were clean but both queen beds were on metallic frame squeaking and moving on the laminated floor making the sleeping almost impossible. Strongly not recommended」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. We talked to several of the staff and they were all kind and helpful. One employee filled us in on the fact they are going to be remodeling the whole building, starting on the 4th floor. We didn't know there would be a free breakfast, so that was a nice way to start the day. They all kinds of food, something for...
