Jane was an amazing host and this property was top notch. It was clean, simple and the bed and linens were hotel quality! Jane was quick to respond with any issues (we had an issue with the Brita pitcher not filling and she replaced immediately). I haven’t had that good of a nights rest in a very long time! Would definitely go back!

Place was perfect for us. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Nice quiet area. Could walk for morning coffee etc. towels and beach chairs available which made life easy. Jane was excellent host. The snacks she left were very much appreciated.

Excellent location, amenities were very good and loved the little attention to detail. Our host Jane was very flexible and accommodating..we appreciated the hospitality. Jane was absolutely incredible. This was such a gem of a find before our cruise. Full kitchen, amazing bedding and pillows, and Jane went out of her way to make us comfortable and even stayed up to make sure we got in safely when our flight was delayed until after 1AM. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was well maintained, comfortable, and very clean. This will be our spot every time we travel through Fort Lauderdale moving forward. Thank you, Jane!

I was raised in Ft. Lauderdale and it’s always special when I return home. Jane’s property is perfect in location. A short walk to Holiday Park. A short drive to The Galleria and the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this property. No frills but has everything you need. Kitchen fully stocked with supplies if you want to cook your meals. No loud noises, easy communication, can walk to Las Olas (~25 min) and Publix/dunkin (~12 min) Overall has everything you need. Would return!

My husband and I went for a wedding event just for 4days we love it some much we had to stay 3more nights. We found this property with only one room available and we have no regrets it was like a home away from home. Jane takes her job very seriously from the welcome basket full of goodies to the coffee station ( I’m a morning coffee drinker think of it as my breakfast) very happy for sure. Every single think that you may need she got you cover. Bed was very comfortable as well. Definitely will be booking a villa here anytime we visit.

It was amazing. Super quiet and unique. I didn't even know apartments were an option when traveling. I will forever book at Victoria Regency whenever I travel down to Ft. Lauderdale area. Cozy Bungalow Getaway

what a gem of a property! We were on a cruise and decided to stay in Ft. Lauderdale through the weekend before heading home. This property is everything we could have needed and more. Jane was great about checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Our apt. was immaculate, stocked with thoughtful snacks and coffee, and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels (and a much-needed by me hair dryer!) The beach is easily accessible with a short car ride, there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, and there is a fabulous national park down the street. The patio area in the photos is even better in person, and had we stayed longer, we would have grilled up some steaks and had a nice dinner on the patio. As it was, I enjoyed my coffee out on the patio in the morning. Don't hesitate to book this, you won't be disappointed.

Above and Beyond

There aren’t many places where you can describe that they go “above and beyond”. But, it is definitely a statement that applies to Victoria Park Regency. The photos of the property and of the individual units are accurate. Parking is free. And the units are spotless clean. Plus the furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the unit is well stocked with things that you would not expect, like free snacks and munchies, right down to chairs for the beach, which is just quick 2 mile drive away. It might not be a “five diamond” luxury resort, based on the age of the property, and the lack of pool and spa. But you will be treated like a guest at one, where Jane, the property host, contacts you before you arrive, and is attentive and available during your stay. Like the others have said, Jane is a treasure. She doesn’t bother you unnecessarily. But, she is prompt in replying to your questions. Heck, my door code didn’t work upon arrival and she quickly replied with the new code. Of the places that I have stayed before that did not have a true check-in desk, this is the best ever in terms of ease. The Victoria Park neighborhood is quiet and scenic. It’s a great place to explore. And if you are just looking to relax, the courtyard at the complex has comfortable seating amongst nicely-maintained foliage. Victoria Park Regency is a home-away-from-home that you will want to ‘come home’ to more than once.
