It’s very pretty although walls are very thin .. the apartment itself is beautiful and the yard was a nice touch although it could have used patio furniture

Thanksgiving 2019

Great location and nice apartment. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on card board. Also the walls had a lot of scratches you could tell they had not been painted in a while.

La limpieza cuando llege al hotel el apartamento no tenia dusting el baño no estaba muy limpio tuve que llegar yo a limpiar es un descaro que uno page para eso no era lo uqe yo esperaba soy dueña de mi compañia de limpieza y viajo a diferentes hotel y me fijo mucho en la limpieza y detalles y llegar cansada de un viaje a un hotel que no este muy limpio es una lastima que tenga uno que limpiarlo

Mal gusto y poco confiable

1) El precio ofrecido en Hotels.com resultó muy diferente a la pagada, en contra mío obviamente. 2) El departamento nada especial, mal gusto en el amoblado. Resulta extraño que no exista televisión en la habitación principal. 3) Al retirarme olvidé mi neceser (Toiletry bag), escribí solicitando para retirarlo con respuesta de que preguntarían si fue encontrado, todavía no sabemos, vamos a volver a preguntar, etc. Fue hasta que envié al quinto correo de que si no lo encontraron es porque se lo robaron, que mágicamente apareció y tuve que ir a retirarlo. El neceser había sido manipulado faltándome un lente de contacto y sobrándome una crema para arrugas que no uso, es decir rearmaron el contenido.

This property is very conveniently located, walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants, including Whole Foods. We stayed for about 20 days. The staff is very dedicated and responsive, reachable at 11 p.m. and replying my messages within seconds. I find the communication is more effective than many hotels I have stayed. The maintenance of the boutique building is superb. The entire unit was professionally cleaned. Kitchen and laundry are equiped with basic supplies. The only thing I may suggest to improve is that the towels, especially face and hand towels, are a bit worn-out, although they are clean. I will definitely recommend this property to my fellow friends who will travel with family to South Florida.

I wasn’t pleased with this company. I booked the property 5 months before arriving. They change my booking the day I arrived to Fort Lauderdale. The place was worst than my original booking. Communication was terrible never talked to the same person. I was told something different every time. Finally talk to the manager he was supportive and apologized, for the way we were done. New place we move to was much better location had a pool, cable. It was nice til it rained and water started entering the apartment from behind an electric socket our room socket kicked out. I reported it, all I was told is a work order is put in. No, I wouldn’t stay here again. My suggestion stay with a company you can physically talk to if there’s a problem.

It’s centrally located in a nice area that’s quiet but not far from anything. We had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was clean. I have already told others about the property and will not hesitate to use it again. Things to improve: the air conditioning was too cold and set at 70 degrees and would shut down When we tried resetting it to a higher temperature at 71/72 degrees. The iron wasn’t working. Also some body wash in the bathroom for bathing/showering would be nice especially when arriving late at night. Overall a very pleasant stay at a great property.
