The only positive about this hotel was its great location just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, everything else fell short.
When we checked in, we were surprised to learn there was daily parking fee, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked. The front desk suggested we try finding free street parking nearby but warned it was unlikely since spaces are rarely available.
The room itself was disappointing. The pictures online were misleading — our kitchen was worn down and poorly maintained, and the room had a lingering old cigarette smell. We had booked for two twin beds, but when we arrived, there was only one twin bed and a pull-out couch.
One of the strangest parts of our stay was when we requested dishes for the kitchen, and the staff sent up a box of dishes along with soap and a sponge — but the dishes appeared dirty, which was quite off-putting.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re solely focused on the beach access. Be aware that the rooms may not match the advertised images, and unexpected fees might catch you off guard.
