通风口带来了隔壁的烟味，我离开后整个行李箱里的衣服全是烟味，而且我每天都咳嗽，有点麻烦，厕所没办法通风。但是老板人很好，积极处理问题吧，可以做饭这点不错

I am born and raised in this area I needed a room for a night for an event. This property had a great price great location great amenities for the price. If property manager will spend one to two days I'm cleaning up landscaping. Invest in some mosquito balls look up online. This would be the perfect little spot. My only two complaints there's so much potential if landscaping was done once a month to every few months and window Shaker AC units that literally point at the head of the bed need to be changed or beds need to be placed in different directions my room had an AC window unit 3 ft away from the head of the bed and all night long the noise and temper changes were unbearable other than that perfect perfect don't put the head of the bed three free from the air conditioner

No one was ever at office or answered phone. The garbage outside the elevators on all 4 floors were not emptied all 6 days we were there. The grounds were overgrown with weeds.Also the pool was shut down by the health department the first day we got there.They claimed they fixed the problem but the sign remained on the pool even as we left 6 days later.I have photos of it all. I will never stay there again and am considering Expedia as a future option

BEWARE!! It’s inexpensive for a reason! Upon arrival the premises are dirty with overgrown vegetation and used beach towels hanging in the half dead palm trees! The walls are paper thin and the curtains do not block sunlight. The pool isn’t maintained and the beautiful waterfall you see in the picture shuts off promptly at 4pm-every single day. The management team is rude and unwilling to accommodate us for the amenities that we PAID FOR. They charged us for our tiny dog and for a parking pass which I had previously paid in my booking. What an absolute SCAM! Byeee Felicia.

The property is abandoned and disgusting. The room wreaked of mildew and was very moldy. It is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and I would recommend it be condemned and the department of health go there to shut them down asap. People were smoking weed and not sure of what other drugs were being consumed in the hallways of the property.

Great place to stay. Peaceful rain forest like feel on the front and around the pool. Camila was great taking care of us. She is very friendly and helpful and insures great customer service. We will definitely be staying there again.

I frequently stay at beach hotels so I don’t get my expectations up too high, lots of rust, no Wi-Fi and unfortunately, I had to kill a couple of roaches if you’re trying to rest and relax definitely not the hotel for you if you’re just dropping your stuff and walking across over to the beach, it’s perfect for you the least amount time you spend in the hotel the better that’s the best I can give you.. I will say the bed was rather comfortable for my back. Most people may not like that type of mattress, but it was perfect for me. Otherwise, it was definitely mid-level all in all…

Such a nice location..the property has such amazing potential but is not cared for. The outdoor areas are totally unkempt..a true shame as the plantings & property were clearly once amazing. Outdoor trash cans overflowing for days. No onsite management or property maintenance. Truly a shame. Amazing location...great potential....wake up owners!!!
