I was only there for about six hours to sleep and shower but it was great. Service was top notch. Pool seemed nice, room is old but clean and smelled welcoming. Super easy checkin/checkout, probably my favorite part. Bedding was clean and nice.

The unit was exactly as it was presented in photos. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was quite simple and convenient. We did have difficulty with the spotty WIFI and the shower could have had hotter water. The pool was quite clean & a welcomed respite on a very hot afternoon. All things considered it was a good experience!

Nice, relaxing venue. Clean rooms, good service, nicely-maintained grounds. Swimming pool in courtyard is of reasonable size. Located on quiet street near principal thoroughfare. Not far from beach and restaurants. Those who prefer to overpay for luxury should look elsewhere but very good value for those who are happy to make do with less.

I was very disappointed with my stayed at the Las Olas guesthouse. The actual rooms are not flattering at all the carpet was torn the bed was on a metal frame that kept moving and squeaking the headboard was not even attached to it. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing.The pool looked nice at night, but dirty so we didn’t get in. There were several Lizards In our room we had to get out ourselves. The pictures on the website does the place justice but in real life of clothes it resembles more of a motel. It is close to the beach which is great but that’s all I can really say on the positive end.
