The reception area is okay but the condition of the buildings leaves to be desired. Very disappointing.

My booking through Expedia stated "Includes: Free Parking, Full Breakfast, Free Wireless Internet", but on checking at the front desk about breakfast, I was directed to a nearby Waffle House or Dunkin Donuts down the street. It was not a big deal, but it was an irritation. The overall condition of the property was disappointing. I also had issues with the plumbing in the bathroom not running hot water from the shower, and the noise from trains passing right next to the hotel would wake me up a few times each night. The staff interaction was good, but I do not think I will be booking any stays at this location in the future.

We booked this property and thought that we were staying at an Econolodge that offered free breakfast and a shuttle to the cruise port. When we arrived, we found out that the hotel is no longer Econolodge even though we only booked one week before. The ‘new company’ doesn’t do breakfast or shuttles, no hot water in the rooms (lukewarm at best) and our room was right next to a very busy train track. It also took a very long time to check in and the staff seemed to have no customer service skills.

Traffic noise easily heard. Older property. Close to where I needed to be. Clean comfortable room. Affordable price. Friendly staff.

Worst hotel stay ever staff very rood and room was old and smelled terrible. Car also got towed for having decal in window like suppose to. Beware stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ Will regret

The hotel that kicked me out for wanting to pay.

I asked for a later checkout from the man at the front desk. He said let me call the Manager, I'm sure we can do it. How long? I said, just till 4. He said no problem. Until housekeeping kept knocking on the door. I told them I had a late checkout, they laughed and said, a what? At about 12:30, a new manager came to the room and we went through the same thing, but she called someone so they could here that the front desk guy said I could say. She apologized and said I had till 1pm to leave. I packed my bag and left. This was the worse service from a hotel I have stayed in, in a decade. Very disappointed and I will be writing about it. Also, my refundable deposit wasn't returned.

Hotel seemed to be having renovations done but after staying there, that was just a new coat of paint on the walls. The lights in my room didn’t work. I had to screw and unscrew bulbs to turn the lights on and off. There was a phone in the room but it was disconnected so I had to call the front sesk from my cell phone every time I had an issue. The AC units leaked so the hallways were covered in water. The sink in my room leaked, worst of all there was little to no hot water in my room. After choosing to cut my stay short, I was refused a receipt upon checkout. It is very unlikely that I will ever stay at an Econo Lodge ever again.

The front desk personell has no etiqucy. The room was far from clean and comfortable. Pics are are so far from the truth. By the behavior of the staff you would think you were at some snobby establishment. I had to do some disinfectant interventions
