「The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.」

「Being in a cellular dead zone, the Hotel should have a robust WiFi system, but it does not. The only location that you could adequately connect was in the breakfast area downstairs during the breakfast hours. The Hotel now has a policy in which they do not clean rooms or provide clean towels unless you are staying more than three nights. 「The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.」

「Never again! I arrived to a trash strewn parking lot. Sitting area adjacent to filthy front door was disgusting. Dirt. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Worn, dirty mat at entrance. Long check-in process. Stained, dirty carpets in corridors, elevator and room. Room door propped open with heavy desk. No towels or washcloths. Interior parts of fridge displaced or missing. FILTH on surface beside fridge. Hair in fridge. No lid or plastic bag for ice bucket. Glass tray missing from...

「Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.」

「Imagine a hotel that has been completely destroyed, but then remodeled and renovated, but only 80%. Whether this was an amazing place that got partially destroyed, or a fully destroyed place that got partially renovated it does not matter. Sheets and bathroom were clean, but furniture was partially destroyed.」

「I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.」

I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel.
