「This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. 「First, it’s not a hotel and barely can be labeled as a motel. You’ve seen similar looking places on episodes of Cops, The First 48. $50 CASH deposit required at check in. They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund.
