「Great location and friendly staff」

「Hotel convenient to our conference. Staff friendly and pool area very nice. Hotel needs updating. Tile in our bathroom in need of repair and water pressure in sink low. 」

「The grounds of this place is beautiful! An amazing sunset so peaceful. The inside is fine it’s a classic basic slightly dated hotel room but clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Great location in the hearts of shopping/dining. Easy, free parking. On-site pub with interesting entertainment -music bingo, karaoke. Continental breakfast was good for a buffet.」

「Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.」

「So surprised to enter our spacious, lovely room only to find that our bathroom door would not move! Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor. Must have been happening for a very long time for the door to become that waterlogged!」

「Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.」

「No hospitality, nobody said hi or hello or we are glad you are here, nothing. Just looking at phones with heads down.」

「Room was nothing fancy, but very clean & suited my needs. I had a street facing room but not a busy area so it was quiet. I liked not having room service daily, anything I needed I could get from the front desk. Breakfast was continental, same thing daily. I chose this hotel based on its location for an event I was attending g & also based on the price. I was not disappointed」

「overall the stay was amazing!!! Miss Ruby the day front desk person was so so so sweet and helpful. She did me and my group such a huge favor. Shoutout to her she made the whole experience 10x better. Room exceptionally clean and so cute. I love that it wasn’t your typical white everything cookie cutter look is was very niche and I appreciated it. It was located next to everything making errands and exploring a quick walk anywhere.
