「Dirty. Dead bugs in the bathroom, dead bugs under the bed, main light flickered nonstop, no outlets on the side of the room with beds. When booking, it said pet friendly, but I was told it’s actually not and that I had to pay CASH for my dog to enter. Overall a sketchy and dirty place.」

「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」

「We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.」
