「Staff was great. Breakfast ok but very busy when we were there and food was only warm. Great coffee machine. This is definitely more of a hostel environment than a hotel and taxis from the airport are ridiculously expensive and difficult to hire. Taxi to cruise port was a tad more reasonable. I can’t honestly recommend this hotel despite lovely staff. 」

「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」

「The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. 」

「There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

「Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving.
