Establishment is a bit worn but is a fun environment. Bathroom was a bit cramped trying to take care of business. Overall enjoyed my stay for the price on a holiday weekend.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Bugs everywhere, faucet in the wash area does not drain and neither the shower drain. Refrigerator was not cold even if you make it higher, there were bugs inside and all over. The room smells so bad and it says non-smoking, but it smells like smoking room. Curtain not closing properly. Breakfast is only on weekend, false advertising. Staff were not friendly. Expedia should not recommend this place because it's not a good reputation for Expedia.

Our room had cockroaches. We left immediately. Unfortunately we booked through Expedia so getting a refund is very difficult. The rooms don't look terrible they look like they have been updated somewhat in the last few years but what good is renovations if you have cockroaches?.

We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion in Fort Collins and felt it was a great value for the price. The property is definitely older, but it has a unique charm that sets it apart from many of the typical hotels in the area. The large indoor pool area, surrounded by impressively large and healthy plants, gives the hotel a character you don't often find anymore. Our room was clean and had some updates, although, as you would expect with a hotel of this age, there were signs of wear and tear. The property clearly has a lot of potential, but a few things detracted from the experience. The restaurant and bar were not open during our stay, and carpet renovations were underway, which took away from the overall atmosphere. That said, for what we paid, we were very pleased. I wouldn't recommend paying premium hotel rates to stay here, but at a reasonable price, it offers excellent value. In fact, I would say it is noticeably nicer and more interesting than most of the other hotels clustered around the Mulberry Street and I-25 interchange. With some continued improvements and a fully operational restaurant and bar, this property could really be something special. We'd certainly consider staying again at the right price.

Rooms were dirty, food left in fridge, dog hair all over the chair. Sheets were dirty and stained.Unidentifiable smell. Pool had trash in on and around it. Trash all over outside of property. People passed out in parking lot. When we decided we couldn’t stay staff was more than accommodating.

This hotel is not maintained and was very dirty. Toilet was leaking under the seal (meaning sewage), roaches in the room, smoke from an adjacent room, and non functioning light switches. Do not stay here!

I really liked the pool area and the breakfast. The whole place needs much more maintenance. When I arrived, the refrigerator was frozen over. There was a crack in the bathtub. The tub leaked into the floor. There were several scratched marks on the wall. The door to the room sticks, and you have to push and pull a specific way to open the door. They only have 1 ice vending machine, and it is "well hidden." Watch out. We did see bugs in the room. Not sure what type. The Staff is really nice and helpful. The Maintenance personnel really try to help.

False advertisement about the breakfast. The poor wasn't heated. The hot tub was not working. The manager was nice. The other people at night crew were rude. I'm really upset. You should do something about it for me We had two rooms for 3 days and the breakfast, which was really upsetting. Instead, it was eggs and bacon and sausage, and all that they didn't have c***. They said, no, we don't have that in the week only on the weekend which was wrong on the advertisement or their fault or something really upsetting then, there was a nest of wasp. Some came into the room because there was a whole in the wall just upsetting i doubt if we'll ever go back
