「The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway, and it was surprisingly quiet given that location due to the many semi trucks on that stretch of the road. We did stay on a Sunday night so that may have had something to do with the lack of noise. The breakfast was very adequate. The room was very clean. The only issue was that our shower leaked due to the door track not being securely bolted down which caused the water to run under the door. We did mention this to the front desk...

「Breakfast was boring eggs were more water than eggs. Employees harrassed me about my height, room AC never cooled down and wasnt even that hot outside but wanted a cool room. Have had a better stay in a more ghetto neighborhood than this. Dont know why it's called comfort in.」

「Was here because I had a week long training in Marion. This hotel had the best reviews and I wanted to be sure I was comfortable. Best Holiday Inn!!! If I ever have to go back for trainings in the future this is where I will always stay!!!」

「The hotel is a bit dated and is also a fantastic deal for the price. The room was spotless and the amenities nice - coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Beds were on the soft side - great for those who prefer a less firm mattress. Breakfast spread is great and starts at 6am for us early birds. They also offer to-go bags, which I don’t remember seeing at other hotels. Set expectations accordingly and you’ll be happy with the value of this hotel.」

「The ac/heat units need updating, they are loud with blinking lights, it also referenced using a wall thermostat to control however there was no wall thermostat. The breakfast is even more lacking since Hilton took over. The breakfast was never great there but previous to Hilton there was at least multiple flavours of yogurt cups, varied individual packaged cereals and milk cartons, juice.」

「It was cheep and clean. What more do you need for a quick sleep. We had two rooms. One was good and the other smelled and had mouse poop in the bathroom. You get what you pay for. Water was hot and bed was cozy. 」

「We have stayed at this property many times but 2 years ago and this year we noticed a decline in upkeep. The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast wasnot up to standards of the past. Only apples for fruit choice, no real cream for coffee and only a few slices of white bread and plain bagels. I'm sorry to say we won't stay there again.」

「The room was clean but needed updating. With no inside access to the breakfast bar it made it harder for someone disabled to access it. Once in our vehicle, we were ready to head out. The shower was nice but difficult to regulate and the water would change temperature without touching it. The young lady at the front desk, the only person we saw, was absolutely wonderful.」
