「Nice choices」

「It's a comfortable place to stay.」

「We got stuck on the same floor as people who were traveling with pets. The dogs in the room next door barked constantly. We asked to be moved to a different room and the girl at the desk said they were super booked. There were 7 cars in the parking lot! We survived that night but the next night we insisted they move us. We got placed on the 3rd floor all by ourselves. So much for being "super booked"! Other than that things were okay. Other staff was nice and helpful. Wish the young lady had...

「Very nice hotel, good service, large and clean rooms, especially very convenient parking, I will choose here next time!!」

「I made these reservations for my son. He ended up needing an additional night. I had to make two separate bookings. For both of those bookings, I requested 2 separate queen beds. He received only one bed. That is our only complaint. If we reserve it and pay for it, we should receive it.」

「Good」

「Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.」

「Good experience 」

「Its a brand new hotel with nice and clean rooms. For me i felt it was in an area where nothing is close by in terms of shops or restaurant. There were no decent dinner choices close by. The staff I met during my stay needs training in customer service. I was provided with no information so I needed to ask for basic things i.e where is breakfast, when,.. the free breakfast I would give 0 stars. No juice, no water and the only option was a tiny muffin.」
