「The hotel is below standards 」

「I booked a ocean front suite and was placed in the corner of the property near the bushes. I told the receptionist that I booked an ocean front and this room is not satisfactory. She told me there is nothing she can do. It was my first time in Ghana and I went to this hotel because of a friend's suggestion. I paid for ocean front but was not granted what I paid for. Needless to say, I wad an unhappy customer.」

「The room was much smaller than I expected, with no view, and the window opened into an internal corridor, making it feel enclosed and uncomfortable. I was not satisfied with the setup. The manager was not available and the "office was locked" so they couldn't access the online booking. It was already late in the evening and I had to drive from one hotel to another to find somewhere to stay. 」
