Had some issues checking in initially due to booking online but the owners were very quick to sort it out. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was really tidy.

Great location, walking distance to most areas and a short drive to places of note. Area of improvement would be to address the excess mud in access areas ie getting to the wheelie bin was a trek through heavy mud. Simple cheap solution would be stepping stones/pavers, as this is a region known for rain fall, therefore mud level and location is easily predictable.

Location and friendliness was great. Bedding was like a rock and i was lucky to sleep a couple of hours a night due to this.

Check-in service is good, but there are so much Mosquito in the room, we killed at lease 50pcs Mosquito at night still remain unknown quantity , it mean we couldn't have a good sleep.

not what it was advertised no ventulation poorly constructed "POD" made out of six ply wood as iam deaf i could not use my phone to ring the owner ! i supose the "POD" has not approved by the council!

We booked the 2 bedroom Deluxe room. I would not say mich was 'Deluxe'. 2 lights in the bedroom. Both did not work. Someone was parked in our spot. Staff would not help us despite all regos being recorded on checkin. Could not park in our spot the second day because another car was there. Door lock so old school I locked myself out. Place just needs some tlc, paint, new towels, better vacuuming, etc.

Selbständiger Check-in. Aber der Host war telefonisch zu erreichen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alle Fragen geklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns gefehlt. Wir haben darüber den Host informiert. Er wird es sicherlich den weiteren Gästen zur Verfügung stellen.

No Service, Cabin or park looked nothing like the photos, Noisy, Dirty, No wifi or reception, Hot water stopped working while people used the kitchen, BBQ was filthy, barely enough space to park in between cabins and not even close to value of what was charged.

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable, a really neat little cabin. We stayed only one night as we were on our way to do the Great Ocean Walk but would stay again. Check in is automated but the manager is very friendly if you need to ring him.

Very smooth check in process, and a really cosy cabin! Basically had a full kitchen and the beds where comfy/had extra blankets. Perfect for what we needed for our New Year's at Falls Festival.

Ottway hangs

A nice little spot in the gorgeous ottway Forrest. Only thing that let the stay down was the pillows. Terrible for a bad neck but all good otherwise!

totally amateaur hour,

Booking email had pic of cabin, they reserved a pod for me. I havent even heard of a pod. Coulnd find the said pod and returned keys without staying. Went back to Colac and stayed at Colac motel. Colac motel friendly, clean and reasonable price. Located in middle of town.
