"The staff was extremely courteous, kind, and attentive. The room was spacious, well equipped, and the hotel amenities were wonderful, such as the hot springs, lounge, and coin laundry. A neat plus, is the Family Mart attached to the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The only issue you could say was the closest train station was approximately 15 minutes away. However, if you dont mind walking a little more, the hotel amenities definitely make up for it. In additon, major attractions were within walking distance such as the Sapporo Beer Museum was only 15 minute away and Odori Park/Sapporo TV Tower were 20 minutes. "

"Fantastic location one block from Sapporo Station North exit. Booked a single room. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Very quiet. I appreciated the mini-fridge. Breakfast buffet very good with two or three choices of tofu each morning which I liked very much. Loved the matcha roll cake with my coffee to complete breakfast. "

"Such a lovely, convenient, elegant and luxurious (+ excellent value for money) hotel. An easy walk from the train station/underground, even in cold weather. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) with space for our luggage and also a quiet sitting area in the window, and we had a beautiful snowy view across the street and the park. Checkin/out were very easy, and we were able to leave our bags with reception when we arrived early. A perfect home base for our couple of days in Sapporo."
