Bene l'offerta e quasi tutto

Sette giorni da sabato 20 a sabato 27 luglio. Purtroppo la mia camera era molto lontana da quella di mio figlio, posta in un vero labirinto di scale e scalette, piccola e disagiata, rispetto alla mia ampia, silenziosa, in una zona ariosa. Problemi con il parcheggio e le strade per raggiungere l'albergo: strette e ripide.

I do not recommend Terme Royal Palm, never again!

This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 3- Staff was unpolite. I do not recommend this hotel. Price vs Quality is poor! Air conditioning is not working or works poorly! The hotel does not give the room that was booked and reserved. They might downgrade you if they are fullybooked. View to the sea is the only positive thing.

Il personale addetto alla reception, per ben tre volte ha tentato di farmi pagare un importo aggiuntivo. La prima volta, telefonicamente mi informavano che c'era stato un errore sul prezzo della camera; la seconda volta mi è stato detto che il prezzo comprendeva solo una persona e che il costo aggiuntivo era Euro 364; la terza volta, al momento del pagamento, hanno tentato di addebitarmi Euro 781, che ovviamente mi sono rifiutato di pagare. A questo punto si sono scusati adducendo un disguido tra il personale e la Expedia: Io avevo già informato telefonicamente il personale Expedia. Sono spiacente che questa recensione non sarà pubblicata, ma sarebbe opportuno che i vostri responsabili indaghino su questi comportamenti, se volete mantenere il clienti.
