「Great staff. Very clean. Pretty good breakfast. Great for the price! 」

「I did have to wait for the ftont desk staff to show up when checking in. I waited about 10 minutes. There was no bell to ring. I was on my phone calling hotel, when she showed up. We checked in around 6pm. She said she was folding towels, but I did hear a conversation going on and laughing. We had just driven 9 hrs n just wanted to get to our room. 」

「There was no breakfast available. The rooms are not cleaned every day. The property is still nice but dated. My room was not available and they moved me to another room. I kind of felt like a second class citizen because I booked through a “third party” instead of the hotel. Not sure if I would return because of that.」

「Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.」

「Every aspect of our stay at The Hampton Inn & Suites, Lynchburg, Virginia was top notch. The Staff were very professional as well as polite and helpful. Front Desk gets an A+ and Danial from Maintenance was terrific. Breakfast was better than most restaurants with lots of healthy choices, but the omelets and sausages were our favorites. Even the coffee was great. We come to Lynchburg for family events, and we've now found a great place to stay. I spent 15 years working with the Hospitality...

「We had a great stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. Urine on the toilet when we arrived and used soap and shampoo left in the shower. And the table in the main room had something sticky all over it. Otherwise, great location and excellent staff for check in. 」

「Breakfast was good for being included with the price. Good variety of options and some fresh fruits. Katherine is a hard worker. Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. 「This is our 2nd stay everything was good. Well takem care of and updated. Everthing looks new. The shower is a bit small and the there is no vens in the bathroom for the heat. But aside from that we will keep staying here.」

I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. 」
