Not as expected
"The restroom was not as clean as it could have been. We found issues with the room like the pillows had something on them. The hot tub was closed off. Courtney at check in needs a better attitude and demeanor. She was rude, slow and rolled her eyes when asked a question. The gym was nice."

"Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The balcony was lovely. The breakfast buffet was ok, but somewhat limited in options. The pool wasn’t open, understandably, but the walk from the lodge would have been daunting. Many many steps."
