「5 stars are not enough for the George and Dragon - the absolute best care and hospitality can be found here! Such a gem in a beautiful village with so much history. All the staff were so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious and generous portions. Only place open for dinner in the evening so be sure to reserve! Highly highly recommend. 」

「This is the second time we've stayed at the Mason Freehouse, it was lovely the first time we stayed, which made us keen to return. 「Spacious clean room. Liked the fact that the breakfast choices went beyond a Yorkshire breakfast. English muffin with cream cheese and smoked salmon, baked egg… Didn’t eat dinner as we felt the menu was a little underwhelming. Staff were friendly.」
