「Unfortunately there was an error made by Expedia so the checkin process took over an hour. No fault of hotel. Hotel has an auto checkin process so you must complete prior. I liked this place. Was a little quirky but had everything I needed. Good shower. Bed good. Has mini kitchen. Centrally located. I would stay again. 」

「The location was perfect for the cathedral. Absolutely perfect! There is also an outstanding restaurant right across the street. You couldn’t ask for a better location and a cleaner place in Santiago.」

「I turned up at 7pm and couldn’t get in rang the phone number numerous times and no answer. Had to stay somewhere else in the end. The following day I was txting the owner and he/she said that Expedia were trying to can’t act me to tell me I had to be there before 6. This was a lie and since then I cannot get a refund. Hotels.com are just as bad as they have told they me tried to contact owner but because they can’t get hold of them they’re not pursuing it. I’ve been robbed 」
