「For being a 5 star there was a broken fridge, no available ice in the hotel as the machine was broken, the sheets were not high quality not to my standards, the breakfast was marginal and they do not tell you at night the hallways are dark and motion sensors turn them on. Well when i opened the door from my room and looked out no light came on i could not see my hand in front of me i was not stepping into a dark hallway to check….poor design keep the flipping lights ON!!!! Will never recommend...

「They did not have kept for me available the double twin beds room I reserved. They said that it is Expedia's fault because Expedia did not reserve it with them as a double twin beds room. However in my confirmation from Expedia it showed clearly that I reserved a double twin beds rooms. So I am not sure if it is the hotel playing hames or Expedia not reserving what I reserved with them. 」

「Cute hotel, nice jacuzzi bathtub, comfortable bed, but fyi it is a self-check in hotel so there is no staff and the door to enter after hours is a bit tricky to find, however staff was nice to help us with sending detailed instructions on how to check in so there were no issues」

「Beautiful and spacious apartment right in the heart of Kosice. Very clean and well kept. We were in town for a wedding and found the apartment to be very practical with large mirrors for getting ready and a well equipped kitchen. It is located in a safe residential area and parking is freely available. The host messaged us before our arrival with instructions on accessing the property and was readily available via Whatsapp. Thanks for a lovely stay!」

「Very spacious room, thought without a kitchen. Around 30 mins walk from the train station to reach the apartment, but can be reached by public transport as well. Few mins walk to the to the old town and can reach the supermarket in 2 mins. I needed to catch a train at 06:30 the next day and the staff was flexible enough to prepare the breakfast for me the night before. Highly recommended!」

「由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試」

「I ett bortglömt hörn av Tokaj ligger en sliten by med ett härligt litet hotell. Passade oss som hojåkare perfekt. Kunde parkera tryggt, bra mat, ännu bättre viner och väldigt trevliga värdar. Stannade en extra natt för att undvika regnväder och det gjorde oss ingenting då det finns härliga hojvägar i närområdet.」

「Living Room 之吊燈及桌上檯燈壞了,飯店僅表示須修理 付了Suite價錢卻只有臥室可用 無電梯,需提大又重行李爬樓梯 大大浴室卻小小洗臉台,放個滑滑的肥皂水玻璃瓶 果然半夜碰到摔破,發了一小時清理以免腳傷 隔晨主動告知旅館,卻被索賠20歐元 最後以10歐元成交(一個玻璃瓶)」

「Er war eher ein kleines Zimmer, eher für die Putzfrau oder Angestellte, sehr kleines Bad, da hat man morgens schon den Duschvorhang, der sich um einen legt beim duschen. Ist nicht so mein Ding! Ich hatte das Gefühl, man hatte mich mit einem neuen Mitarbeitern verwechselt. Im Zimmer hat man sich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Frühstück war ok, aber nix besonderes. Zum Glück hatte ich nur eine Nacht gebucht und konnte mich für die zwei Folgenächte im direkt daneben befindlichen schönen Hotel einbuchen. War...
