「We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. That being said, everything about this property (and I mean everything), plays a distant second fiddle to the winery. I think the unsubtle message is that guest rooms and the meagre facilities are clearly there solely to provide cash flow to the winery.
