"The hotel had friendly and polite staff. Lots of amenities available e.g tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis and bikes available if wishing to cycle within the surrounding area. There was also a swimming pool with a patio to the rear of the building however this was never used, weather was only sunny and hot on the day of our arrival but the pool was dirty. "The location is a plus near to the lift to the town and the castle. The pool was an added bonus. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated but functional and they allow dogs. "
