「We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

「Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice.」

「Nous y avons passé une nuit pour déconnecter, et c’était parfait. Le personnel est adorable, l’hôtel est calme, nous avons profité de la terrasse et du spa, et dîné dans le village sous recommendation de l’hôtel c’était excellent. 」

Une troisième nuit est venue complétée le séjour A moment du paiement, après accord sur la tarification, une nouvelle base a été validée... Depuis 3 mois nous attendons la régularisation de notre cas SANS SUCCES c'est tout simplement insupportable IL N'A AUCUN REGLEMENT A CE JOUR 」

「Hotel très correct dans l'ensemble mais cher pour les infrastructures je trouve. La chambre m'a couté 380€ la nuit pour une baignoire jacuzzi malheureusement ne donnant pas une vue sur la montagne ou autre mais plus sur des arbres... Au niveau du spa cela est satisfaisant mais pas très grand. Tout peut être très vite complet. Petit déjeuner très bon. Je recommande vivement mais en restant sur les chambres de base à 200€ qui ne se différencie pas vraiment d'une plus haut de gamme.」
