Très mauvaise équipe, pas serviable du tout, non respect des clients et mauvaise organisation, lit petits et lit superposés et armoire qui grince énormément, sans parler de l'eau chaude, 2douches et plus d'eau chaude ! Je ne recommande pas cet endroit

Family of 3 Christmas/New Year break

Overall very good family break over Christmas and New Year, lovely location with amazing views over French Alps, our first time in Alps and not the last definitely. Our apartment was very small on the ground floor and very basic but for the price we did not expect much to be honest. We asked for different but they were fully booked. Not much space for cloths especially in the winter season but we are not that fussy and we organised ourselves for 7 days pretty quickly. We spend most time outside anyway. Close to Flumet and Praz-sur-Arly where you can buy all your essentials or eat out. Also you have a restaurant on site with lovely atmosphere, great owners and nice food and drinks. Day trip to Chamonix is a must, amazing car ride through the alps, take a cable car to see Mont Blanc (65 eur per adult and 55 for kids), unforgettable view from the top over French, Swiss and Italian Apls. Chalets are very close to the ski slopes and ski shop - all within 1-2min walk, everything what you need on site even you can order fresh baguettes in ski shop and collect in the morning. Good ski school on site with plenty of available instructors. Good choice of slopes including green, blue, red and black for advanced. Price very reasonable for ski passes or lessons and you can ski between resorts Val d’Arly or Diamant. If you like luxury that is not a place for you but if you looking for great french atmosphere and ski experience within walking distance at reasonable price then yes!

Infrastructures et services très décevants

Le logement n'était pas propre , la literie inconfortable , la tv en option (aujourd'hui c'est un équipement de base!) , l'accès à la piscine (dans le bâtiment accueil) très mal agencé (pas de vestiaire, 1 seule douche femme, trop peu de place pour déposer les chaussures), la température de l'eau trop froide (plus froide que dans les piscine municipales) et le jacuzzi était hors service.

Apartamento completo y bien ubicado. La recepción fatal, avisamos llamando y mandando e-mails de que llegariamos después de las 7 y no nos contestaron unca. Finalmente nos encontramos las llaves en un sobre en la puerta de recepción a pesar de estar cerrada, pero hicimos el viaje nerviosos sin saber qué nos encontrariamos al llegar. Pasamos varias veces durante la estancaia en horas de abertura de recepción y siempre estaba cerrada. Por suerte el penúltimo dia encontramos una franja en la que si que habia alguien para pagar las tasas y que nos explicaran qué hacer para el check-out puesto que pone que a las 8 estan ya para hacerlo y cuando se lo dijimos hasta las 9 no abrian recepción. Si dejamos a parte el tema de recepción lo demás fue una buena experiencia, el apartamento y la piscina estan muy bien. Pero es una vergüenza que no te atiendan ni contesten ni por mail ni al teléfono.

Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour dans cette résidence, nous y sommes retournés et y retournerons encore. Je pense que cela se passe d’autre commentaire. La situation au départ du téléski, l’accueil, et les prestations offertes en font un séjour de premier choix. Le plus, il est possible d’avoir du pain frais tous les matins. Un hic : il serait appréciable d’avoir plus de patères au retour d’une journée de ski, lorsque l’on est 5.

Clean, nice but not a hotel

We booked for 2 nights - there were no towels in room and lobby closes very early. Seems to be a timeshare. We got towels the next day, but they do not provide other toiletries.

Cuisine très bien équipée, lits confortables, mais si les draps sont fournis, le linge de toilette ne l’est pas (possibilité d’en avoir, moyennant un supplément). Possibilité aussi d’avoir du (très bon) pain frais le matin. Situé au départ des pistes de ski. Wi-fi payant dans les appartements.

We au ski très agréable

Appartement agréable avec balcon, parfait pour 2 personnes, mais si vous êtes 4, le canapé lit prendra toute la place dans le séjour. Appartements Au bout d’une route qui mène aux pistes de ski, cadre agréable, juste un magasin de sport à côté, aucun autre commerce, il faut aller dans le village de Flumet à 5 mn, voiture obligatoire. Piscine bien grande, jacusi pas très chaud et pas très bouillonnant, sauna bien, pas de cabine individuelle mais collective pour se changer à l’entrée de la piscine. Prestations payantes en plus : wifi, tv. ACCÈS à l’espace diamant du domaine skiable des saisies, donc très grand, mais beaucoup de vallées différentes donc attention aux heures de retour en station. Séjour agréable, très calme.

Endroit agréable pour skier en famille. Prévoir les courses de bouche avant de partir, pas de magasin sur place. Bas des pistes du domaine. Ce printemps, on a pu descendre malgré la neige "qui colle". Etablissement agréable, chambres bien et personnel accueillant.

Not more then OK.

Negativt: The appartment did not feel clean and had really uncomfortable beds with rock-hard pillows. Poor maning of the reception made it dificult to get in contact to recieve things missing from the appartment. The pool was really crowded and made you think you were at the zoo. Positive: The location is really good as a base to explore the area. The surroundings are beautifull. The employees where friendly (when they were there).

Résidence difficile à trouvé, GPS ne trouve pas l'adresse, l'hôtel se trouve au télésiège des evettes. Ménage minimum, propreté des communs à revoir, accueil pas très chaleureuse, oreiller taché et couettes polaires avec nombreux cheveux. Sinon le coin est reculé donc il faut aimé être isolé de la "ville". Petite ballades sympa dans les environ en bas des chalets ou en direction du lac des evettes. Je ne pense pas revenir car loin de toute commodités . Vue sur la montagne un gros +

First, I am trying to find good points, nethertheless it's hard. There are almost nobody on the slopes and its swiming pool and sauna is good and we ised it every day, exept for one. But our opinion about the hotel is awful, as it's bad located (you need to go in snowboots up and up to reach the skylift), had terrible service (when you leave you need to pay 52 euros for cleaning, but you need to take all the linen to the reception and to throw all the gurbage by yourself), has problems with Wi-Fi (you can get it only on reception (you need to go outdoor to reach it) and be aware, that it's open only 2 hours in mornings and 2 hours in eveinings. To have good skying you need to drive far away, the same is for restaurants and shopping, as it's not even in Flumet.
