Hotel maravilhoso, recepção me ajudou muito pois cheguei mais cedo e eles deixaram minha família ficar na piscina até dar a hora do check-in , os quartos são bons, local perto de tudo, atendimento do restaurante sensacional o garçom Mario excelente profissional e pessoa, e para ir embora nosso voo era a noite passamos o dia na praia e ainda deixaram agente voltar para se trocar no vestiário para mesmo depois do check-out, voltarei com certeza e indicarei muito a todos. Podiam ser mais claros sobre um anexo ser separado

Nós colocaram no anexo 2 aí para abrir o portão da garagem era a maior dificuldade pois tínhamos que descer na chuva e tocar o interfone e esperar a boa vontade de alguém abrir. Fomos na piscina aquecida e tínhamos que sair no frio para acessar o anexo 2. O café da manhã não se preocupam em colocar um cuscuz ou macaxeira, só tem pão e bolo e poucas opções de frutas

Na segunda as 7:20 da manha começaram uma barulheira de ferramentas e não conseguimos dormir .aos , achei desrrespeito com o hóspede , se estamos de férias e estamos pagando um hotel é porque queremos descanso , não acordar às 7 com barulho de ferramentas na cabeça . Outra coisa foi que o ar quente não estava funcionando , e a água quente do chuveiro demorava uns 12inutos pra esquentar . A água da piscina não estava quentinha como das outras vezes . Resumindo das 3 x que fui essa foi a pior .e frustrante Resumiid

Superou as expectativas

Ficamos hospedados por 5 dias. Café da manhã gostoso, com várias opções de bolos e frutas, pão de queijo quentinho e ovos mexidos. Alguns dias tiveram almoço com churrasco e jantar, porém pagamento à parte. Fomos numa semana de muito frio e a piscina estava super quente foi o que salvou nossa viagem e fez valer muito a pena. No primeiro dia passamos frio no quarto, mas pedimos na recepção aquecedor portátil e ficou ótimo também. Super recomendo! O pessoal da cozinha e limpeza foram super atenciosos. O hotel é enorme, bem melhor do que esperávamos. Se hospedem sem medo. Eles também indicaram o Osnir que faz passeios, a van veio nos buscar na porta do hotel para o Beto carreiro.

Achei a estadia mediana, na verdade me colocaram em um flat no quarteirão ao lado do hotel, tinha que ficar me deslocando para o hotel no café da manhã e algumas vezes estava chovendo, isso era desconfortável; sozinha tinha que levar minhas malas até o hotel para poder chamar Uber. O café da manhã era tarde (07:30h), visto que os passeios e excursões começavam mais cedo.
