Enganação, as fotos não condizem com a realidade

Pousada velha, sem manutenção nenhuma, nada funciona direito, quando chegamos ficamos meia hora no portão esperando alguém nos atender porque o interfone não funciona o telefone ninguém atende, e adivinha o portão também não funcionava, a funcionária teve que abrir forçando, a limpeza era mal feita, os lençóis manchados parecia que tinham deixado os mesmos dos hóspedes anteriores, fui até a recepção pra pedir outros lençóis, me entregaram e então eu fiz a troca, porém os lençóis que eu tirei ficaram lá por dias e ninguém recolheu até que eu fui até a recepção novamente pra reclamar e pedir toalhas que até então não tinham sido trocadas, café da manhã sem opções, enfim entre outras decepções, não caiam nessa furada

Una agradable estadía.

La pousada no está mal, y le faltan algunos detalles. Podría evitarse tener que pedirlos: no había jabones en los baños y faltaban las toallas de cara. Creo que nuestra habitaciòn, la 9 no era la que estaba en mejor estado. De cualquier manera quiero destacar la atenciòn de Diogo, que siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y a solucionar todo. Un lugar seguro con muy buen sistema electrónico de ingreso. Muy cerca del resort, donde tenìamos el Congreso.

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar nos chalés, havia uma bolacha debaixo da cama verde de mofo, que estava lá a algum tempo, na pousada tem uma sala de tv muito legal, porém no periodo em que eu estava lá, 2 baratas apareceram. O café da manhã também foi decepcionante, 4 noites no local, e não teve nenhuma variedade, alías, no quarto dia, o queijo já estava velho, mas continuaram a servir, seria preferível dizer que não oferecem café da manhã, do que servir algo com tanta má vontade.

Boa localização. Custo beneficio não recomendado.

Durante a semana anterior a estadia tentei por diversas vezes contactar o estabelecimento via fone sem sucesso. Celular desligado, fixo ninguém atendia. A piscina estava sem condições de uso (água suja... vi hóspedes limpando a piscina por conta própria). O Wi-Fi era bem precário. A acomodação tinha cheiro de mofo (minha rinite sofreu). Apesar disso a localização foi um dos fatores positivos. Apesar de tudo NÃO considero uma boa relação de custo-beneficio. Muito caro em relação ao que foi anunciado.
