Aconchegante e bela estrutura.

Excelente, mas sugiro colocar ganchos no banheiro para pendurar roupão / toalhas. Também ajustar as torneiras que não fecham direito e ficam vazando pouco de água.... Por questão de segurança, colocar um corrimão no acesso à banheira, amenizando o risco de acidente.

Excelente hotel. O funcionário da guarita de entrada e o do meu check in foram Ben mais ou menos. Mas todos os outros atenderam muito bem. O colchão de casal é ótimo. A comida é excelente, isso é bem raro em all inclusives e pensão completa.

Parou no tempo, infelizmente

Já tinha me hospedado no hotel nos anos 90 e a experiência tinha sido ótima. Resolvi retornar, pois precisávamos de um ponto de parada em uma viagem mais longa. O que eu não imaginava é que nenhuma ou quase nenhuma reforma tivesse sido feita. Para não me alongar muito: houve manutenção, mas com certeza não teve atualização da estrutura do hotel. Os móveis, o estilo e os acabamentos mostram que é um hotel antigo, mas não em um sentido positivo. A diária não é barata, então deveriam oferecer um mínimo de qualidade. As refeições são ok, mas nada de especial. Um ponto bem importante é que é um hotel com termas, só que se sente frio o tempo inteiro - nos hospedamos em julho, e o hotel não tem aquecimento nas áreas comuns. O ar condicionado do quarto também era antigo e não aquecia o suficiente. Enfim, pelo preço da diária, conseguiria algum lugar melhor e fazer as refeições em restaurantes melhores.

Tudo ótimo

Foi tudo otimo...estavamos em um quarto muito bom mas haveria reformas onde estavamos e tivemos que trocar de quarto. E o novo quarto a cama era bem menor. Mas o restante foi tudo maravilhoso. A piscina quentinha é o top deste hotel agora no frio.

Hospedagem com pensão completa, porém para o hotel isso significa que bebidas não estão inclusas e o preço das mesmas é fora da realidade. Poucas atividades gratuitas em dias frios ou com chuva, o que nos obriga a ficar no quarto aguardando as refeições. Poucas opções de alimentação nos cafés da manhã e principalmente no da tarde.

Excelente para curtir em família

Muito agradavel, gostamos do quarto comida area de lazer, é incrivel. Quem tem criança pequena é um paraíso. As piscinas externas nao são tão quentes, mas tem outras espalhadas pelo hotel como jacuzzi e piscinas indoor que são quentes. Todos os quartos tem banheiras que é bem legal tbm. Acredito que de 2 a 3 dias é um período suficiente para curtir.

O Hotel está precisando de modernização. Frequento este hotel a 10 anos e continua igual. Roupas de cama velhas, colcha rasgada, roupão com buracos, banheira encardida , de mármore, precisa ser lixada. O hotel está numa natureza maravilhosa, pena que falta modernização.

Um dos nosso lugares favoritos

A nossa família frequenta o Plaza há quase 20 anos. Já somos reconhecidos por muitos funcionários que nos atendem com muito carinho. É um hotel seguro, extremamente limpo, com funcionários generosos e natureza abundante. Um lugar de paz e respeito. A cada ida descobrimos um cantinho diferente, até mesmo cachoeiras e riachos. As águas termais são maravilhosas. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque a alimentação está deixando a desejar, e já faz muito tempo. Agora é servida água junto com as refeições, o que é um ponto muito positivo, foi uma evolução. Mas os pratos são muito repetitivos, não tem muita variedade e o sabor está bem fraco. As sobremesas estão muito ruins, parece que tudo tem o mesmo gosto. São sempre as mesmas. Falta refinamento. Acho que deveriam contratar um chef melhor. Eu não estou mais ficando mais de 2 dias em função disso, é o máximo de tempo que conseguimos comer no hotel. Dessa vez até almoçamos em outro hotel na saída, que tem um preço melhor e a comida é mais saborosa. De sugestão, também fica a de colocarem algumas bóias nas piscinas, pras crianças brincarem. Mas amamos o hotel e voltaremos sempre. As sugestões visam uma melhoria, para condizer com o resto do padrão do hotel.

Jardins lindos e atrações diárias muito boas!

O hotel é muito antigo. Eu já tinha ido há 27 anos. Foram feitas algumas reformas mas ainda deixa a desejar, principalmente nas piscinas externas, no mobiliário do quarto e no banheiro. Meu elogio vai para os funcionários que são muito atencioso e cordiais e para os jardins muito bem cuidados. As atrações também achei ótimas.

Lugar com muita natureza, problema só são os hóspedes mesmo. Não respeitam o tempo das jacuzzi, levam criança onde deveria ficar só adultos e por isso alguns não conseguem usufruir direito. Fora isso, o hotel apesar de antigo, é bom. Salvou a banheira no quarto com água termal, pois daí sim consegui um bom banho.
