Nossa experiência no Thermas Plaza Caldas foi excelente, e com certeza daríamos uma nota 10/10 para o hotel. A estadia foi muito boa em praticamente todos os aspectos. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos, a limpeza estava impecável, os quartos eram confortáveis e todo o restante da estrutura atendeu muito bem às expectativas. Como ponto de melhoria, observamos apenas alguns detalhes. As comidas e sobremesas se repetiram em alguns dias, o que poderia trazer mais variedade ao cardápio. Além disso, as torneiras nos banheiros pareciam antigas e eram um pouco difíceis de abrir e fechar, o que acabava deixando a água pingando. Também sentimos falta de mais bebedouros com água potável espalhados pelo resort, especialmente por se tratar de um local com proposta de águas termais. Mesmo assim, esses pontos não comprometem a ótima experiência que tivemos. No geral, foi uma hospedagem maravilhosa, e certamente recomendamos o Thermas Plaza Caldas.

Gostamos bastante da propriedade, muito bem cuidada e com muita coisa pra fazer. Foi excelente a nossa escolha de passarmos o último dia de viagem pela Serra Catarinense pois depois de andarmos bastante nos vários passeios por canions, mirantes e cachoerias foi ótimo descansarmos nas piscinas quentinhas e saunas. Só não demos 5 estrelas porque a comida estava um pouco simples e com pouco sabor, mas nada que comprometesse a experiência da acomodação com pensão completa.

O hotel é antigo e está bem conservado pela idade. É simples, mas limpo. Os quartos necessitam de reforma . Por quatro vezes tive de ir na recepção pois minhas chaves paravam de funcionar . Ar condicionado antigo e não funcionava direito. Cortinas velhas e que não vedam . Banheiro velho e a minha banheira não tinha água termal (que foi o motivo de eu ir no hotel), somente uma torneira aleatoriamente perto da pia . A comida é boa mas simples . Bom café da manhã e da tarde . Por ser pensão completa o custo benefício é bom. A área externa natural é bonita .

Apesar de antigo o hotel é muito bem conservado e tem uma ótima area de lazer com trilhas e bastante atividades. As piscinas aquecidas são o ponto principal. Os buffets também são muito bem preparados e variados.

Equipe muito preparada, atenciosa e educada. Os quartos não tem luxo nenhum, são bem funcionais. Área de laser enorme, várias atividades disponíveis, inclusive uma loja de artesanato de produção local. Achei o buffet variado, mas previsível. Evidentemente o grande destaque são as piscinas, todas de águas termais - e, portanto, de temperatura morna/ quente: ou seja, você não vai se refrescar no verão. Tenha em mente que é um lugar que recebe muitas famílias, muitas crianças, então tem muito barulho, principalmente nos quartos voltados para piscina.

As jacuzzis foram o ponto alto do hotel. Gostamos da água servida nas refeições.As refeições foram boas. O quarto tinha uma cama de solteiro ruim e outra de casal normal de 1,40m (estreita porque estamos acostumados com cama King). O banheiro que é muito arcaico. O local do box é assombroso... parece um túmulo...Deveriam nivelar o piso e acabar com aquele marmore . Nem precisaria ter banheira. Se um dia eu voltar lá... terá que ser numa outra unidade sem esse banheiro e com uma cama king size.

A localização do hotel, ao pé da montanha, com cachoeiras e muito verde, assim como a quantidade de atrações é ótima. A edificação é antiga, mas muito bem cuidada. A alimentação também é muito boa. Piscinas muito boas também. A caminhada até a Pousada da Mata, que fizemos sozinhos, é linda e deveria ser mais explorada. O show do Carlos dos Santos é muito bom também. Vale muito a visita

Apesar do hotel ser antigo e não ter passado por reforma ou remodelação, permanece em ótimas condições. A equipe é sempre muito simpática e prestativa, o apartamento é limpo, amplo e muito confortável e, por último, as áreas de lazer são excelentes. A única crítica é quanto à alimentação, que por ser pensão completa, o buffet de almoço e jantar já foi melhor, em outras ocasiões que nos hospedamos a alguns anos atrás.

O hotel é maravilhoso. A minha única crítica é que o pouco alimento sem glúten que tem somente no café da manhã, não consta nada escrito, precisa perguntar ao maitre. Deveriam ser mais claros na sinalização dos alimentos para dietas especiais.
