Praiatur Hotel

Hotel meio atirado às traças. Péssimo atendimento. Para a nossa sorte havia um rapaz que não era da recepção do hotel que passou várias informações. O Jonatan ajudou a melhorar a estadia, muito receptivo e atencioso era a pessoa que passava informações que a recepção deveria ter passado. O valor cobrado pelo hotel não compensa. Muitas baratas. Recebemos o quarto com o vaso sujo. Cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas. O acesso à praia é através de um beco onde vendem drogas. Praiatur tem outro hotel na av das gaivotas na beira da praia que parece ser melhor.

bom custo - benefício.

Achei o pessoal da recepção frio, só responde o que vc pergunta. Fiz reserva com base na foto onde tinha cama de solteiro junto no quarto, que seria para meu filho. Quando cheguei só tinha uma cama de casal. Na recepção só informaram: tem um sofá na sala é só puxar que tem uma "caminha". Não estava arrumado e nem tinha roupa de cama. Resultado: meu filho dormiu comigo na cama de casal. Liguei com antecedência para pedir um transfer do aeroporto para o hotel e só recebi confirmação no dia do embarque. Pessoal da limpeza e manutenção simpático e mais disposto.

Location is very convenient. Service is reasonable considering the price. Most of the staffs did not understood English, but they did their best for me. Only negative point is too much mosquitos in the room and surrounding area.

Primeiro quarto sujo e com revoada de insetos

Quando chegamos no hotel nos foi dado o quarto número 114. Quando entrei no quarto, percebi que era um quarto dos fundos, local meio escuro e com cheiro ruim. Na janela havia um aviso para nos certificarmos de trancar a janela. Quando fui testar a janela, as travas não funcionavam, tive que pedir para a manutenção dar um jeito. Quando foi à noite começou a dar uma infestação de cupim no quarto, tava a maior revoada de cupins que eu já vi, a cama estava forrada de cupins no lençol. Fui na recepção reclamar e o atendente já meio que sabia o que eu ia reclamar, pois eu estava tentando lembrar do nome do inseto e ele mesmo falou que eram cupins. Nos deram um outro quarto agora de virado para o outro lado, um quarto muito mais limpo e decente. Daí pra frente não tivemos mais problemas. Eu não sei se fomos discriminados por termos reservado via Expedia, mas quando eu cheguei no hotel perguntei se não teria um outro quarto, pois não tinha gostado do quarto que estava suje e com as janela que não travavam e o atendente disse que o hotel estava lotado e não teria outro quarto. O engraçado era que não percebi quase nenhum movimento de hóspedes no andar que estávamos, enfim, foram obrigados a dar um quarto melhor por conta da revoada da bicharada!
