The hotel is lowkey a catfish. For example I was researching hotels and like some where too expensive some where to out of hand. This hotel was perfect. Perfect price, luxirous inages and everything just seemend perfect, but not for long… We came info the room, it had 1 tiny window(un like the big luxiry windows show) the floor had hair on it, and the show stopper, a clogged toilet with skid marks on it; yes you heard that right, poop from the past owner mixed with A BUNCH of toilet paper, the toilet was clogged and we couldjt use it. How great am i right? The front receiptionaist was so nice, some people we’re also nice. The beach was… cute, and they did have yummy breakfast, like the nutella cake was to DIE for. But dirty floor, some mean people, dirty and clogged toilet and the room it self being a total CATFISH, made this experience not the… best.

While the hotel benefits from a convenient location, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, the property appears quite dated and would benefit from renovations to improve guest comfort.

Hotel na beira mar em canasvieiras. O local é afastado de Florianopolis e do aeroporto, mas tem um clima de acomodação de “veraneio” . Vale para quem quer curtir praia. No entanto o quarto é muito antigo e ultrapassado, móveis e decoração velhas, chuveiro fraquíssimo, difícil até de ajustar a temperatura da água. Descarga do banheiro parecia até travada de tão dura. Atendimento seco e impaciente no check in e café da manhã . Pouco acolher p famílias principalmente com as crianças

O hotel tem uma boa localização, de frente para o mar, e infelizmente isso é o único ponto positivo. As instalações são antigas, o ambiente tem cheiro de mofo e a limpeza deixa a desejar. O local não oferece estrutura de lazer, os quartos são escuros, sem telefone para contato com a recepção, e a manutenção geral é bem precária. Os atendentes também não foram cordiais nem solícitos. Ficamos uma semana acreditando que, pela localização, seria uma boa opção, mas foi decepcionante. Pegamos dias de chuva e frio e, como o hotel não oferece nenhuma atividade, só conseguimos aproveitar a viagem porque estávamos de carro e saímos para conhecer outros pontos da ilha. O café da manhã, que poderia ser um ponto positivo, também é fraco e nada atrativo. O valor cobrado é alto pelo que o hotel realmente oferece. As fotos nos sites não correspondem à realidade — é um local simples, mas mal cuidado. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Bem, Gracas a Deus que ficamos c o melhor quarto do Hotel, porem fomos incomodados a primwira noite c o quarto ao lado c hoapedes arrastando camas e batendo na parede, mais de 22h. Precisei descer e solicitar a atendente pedisse silencio para podermos descansar pois haviamos chegado de viajem na estrada. O quarto nao diapoe de telefone p contato c a recepcao, o cafe pode variar mais, a localização e excelente, porem necessita se atualizar e precisa de reformas. O que salvou foi q nosso quarto tinha vista frontal do mar.

Quarto razoável, limpeza do chão não muito boa, fica com bastante areia, pois a pousada é de frente para o mar e a areia é bem fina. Na roupa de cama tinha um pouco de areia, mas tava limpa, deve ter sido o vento quem levou.
