Terrible hotel

The worst hotel in the world. The noise is horrible. If you are in a group and people needs to go to your room, they charge you US$ 30.00. People is very rude at the reception. If you need room service, forge it. They have a restaurant but they don’t go to your room. The toilet was dirty. I need to clean. A bottle of water cost 5 euros !!!

Muito ruim! Pagamos caro para pegar um quarto sem Box no chuveiro, que o frigobar não fica ligado e que aparece barata morta! E quando pedimos para mudar de quarto, a informação foi “tem outros hóspedes chegando, mas vamos checar alguma disponibilidade” e nunca mais voltaram.

Precisa melhorar a manutenção

Estava fazendo frio na cidade e a janela do banheiro estava quebrada e o ar-condicionado na função quente não funcionava. Além disso, perdi um tempo grande para descobrir que o cabo de antena estava desconectado do aparelho e por isso a não tinha sinal. O hotel precisa melhorar seu processo de manutenção das instalações.

Ar condicionado muito ruim, não foi possível o acesso à TV, estava bloqueada e pedia um código que ninguém veio resolver. No restaurante a pessoa arrumando a mesa principal estava com o casaco estofado, isto é mesma roupa que veio da rua. É necessário ter im uniforme para uso interno.

Maratona Floripa

Hotel bem conservado, ótima localização (na região antiga de Floripa), utilizei por conta da Maratona, fiz tudo caminhando. Em frente ao Hotel tem um McDonalds, a poucos minutos um Supermercado e farmácia. Hotel deixa a desejar no atendimento, poucos funcionários ... ficamos 03 dias e nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia, tb precisamos de suporte da camareira/ recepção, sem sucesso. (meu marido precisou descer p/ solicitar). Mas super indico, apesar das pontuações acima, muito limpo e confortável.
