This hotel is very well located! We used this as our base and then got the Tram into the centre of Florence each day to explore. The tram stop is right across the road and only costs €2 which was great for us! The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the mattresses quite hard but the pillow menu was a great addition! We had some issues with our toilet not working but once we spoke to the reception team they got it sorted whilst we were out having dinner. Our only real complaint was that the hotel car park was full for our entire stay so we had to pay a fortune to park our car on the road instead.

The rooms and the hotel were super clean. Breakfast for additional fee was absolutely worth it and delicious! Only thing is the room was pretty small. Other than that I would recommend this hotel 100%. Staff were super nice and helpful 😊

Excellent hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. They were very helpful in calling us a taxi and providing travel tips. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
