Hébergement bien plaçé, prés de la gare, et accés aux sites trés façlle à pied. Problème pour ouverture porte extérieure à l' arrivée : le n° de téléphone indiqué par lien est renvoyé sur l' équivalent français, attente d' un passage pour pouvoir rentrer !!!

The hotel is perfect for access to rail station. The neighborhood is dirty, no amenities at the hotel, mosquitos in the room, no daily service and no second roll of toilet paper available. The access to restaurants was good and the management responded fairly quickly to requests. Definitely a two star hotel.

Gostei muito da acomodação , quarto grande , limpo e bem organizado , cama boa , a localização fantástica , fica bem próximo da estação de trem e de vários comércios . Atendimento do anfitrião foi sempre rápida e cordial . Com toda certeza voltarei !!

La habitación no es nada parecido a las fotos de su promoción. Todo está pésimo . Sucio y el WC con Fuga. No hay limpieza. Deberían de quitarle la licencia de dar servicio como hospedaje

A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem which could not be fixed in one visit. So they moved us to another room, which was great except there was no drainage in the shower - we could not have the water running for more than a minute, otherwise we would flood the bathroom and the neighbors downstairs. The staff did not respond to our requests to fix the problem (it was a weekend, so I am guessing they were off duty). Other than that, it was a nice and very convenient place to stay.

Such a lovely area and very close to the Arno (River). Everything is within 10-15min walk. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
