The staff here are amazing. Andre, Monte and Lorenzo(?) were super friendly. The hotel was in a great location to all sight seeing and restaurants. It was clean and spacious. We will stay here for sure, if we are back in Florence.

Perfect Florence Getaway

We had the best experience at Residenza Alessandra! It is in a great location within Florence - close to the Arno river, tourist spots, and great shopping. There was plenty of space within the room, bathroom, and loft above. The hospitality was great and every one was so kind to help us - including local dinner recommendations! We can't recommend this place enough!

It is a beautifully appointed apartment in a street off the main “strip” in Florence. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, and easy walking to all other sites. It’s in an extremely old building (I think they said 16th century). Definitely recommend it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, bellissimo!!

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, great size room with a lovely outlook … a few stairs to climb but there was an elevator, could do with in iron but I understand why there wasn’t one … how could you be unhappy about anything in beautiful Firenze …. The managerial staff greeted us and showed us where our room was (in another building about 15ft from main hotel). The room was amazing, clean, and modern. The bed was comfy, the bathroom/shower was amazing, and there is a loft. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions, and gave recommendations. Wifi in the room was good.
