Definitely come again

This cute Bed and Breakfast is an amazing stay we thoroughly enjoyed it the women that runs it is so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast is very nice and it’s very good value for money. There isn’t much storage room but it’s perfect stay for any backpackers.

El lugar es muy bueno, cómodo, bien ubicado y tiene buen desayuno. El único comentario es que NO TIENE PARKING. Nosotros filtramos específicamente hoteles con parking porque veníamos en auto y tuvimos que dejarlo en la calle cuando llegamos y luego pagar un parking aparte. Entiendo que este error es de la pagina y no del lugar, ya que quien nos recibió fue muy amable y nos dio las soluciones a su disposición.

Clean and neat hotel. Loved this place .

It was really really good. Service is also good. It's maintained really really well. Washroom is bit small but that's ok.

절대로 예약하지마세요. 제가오후6시에 체크인하려고 갔는데 벨을누르고 문을두들겼는데도 아무도 없었어요. 한시간이나 기다렸는데 아무반응없더라구요. 전화를 해도 안받고 전화번호도 다 이상해요. 너무 지쳐서 다른 호텔 예약하고 체크인하니까 그제서야 메일와서 자기가 사고가 나서 늦었다 라고 하더라구요. 근데 저흰 이미 다른호텔 체크인을 한 상태여서 환불해달라니까 해줄수가없다네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 어의가없어서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 본인들이 약속 어겨놓고선 환불은 안된다는데 진짜 절대 여기예약하지마세요.

Florence gem.

I had to indicate a time of arrival as it is not a type of accommodation that has a front desk. we actually arrived 2 hours early but the lady came promptly after a phone call to let us in early. very pleasant greeting. made us most welcome. room was very clean. Separate ((sole use) keyed bathroom as advertised down a short hallway. Shower recess had small amount of mould around some lower tiles. Breakfast was help yourself but very adequate continental style. In contrast to some reviews on the site there was absolutely no external noise at all. certainly no hesitation in either staying again nor recommending to others. would not call it super luxurious but very good and value for money compared to other establishments in Florence. Plus even though it is located in an obscure section of the city it is central to most parts of the city. Also close (10 minute walk to the main railway station).

CUTE COZY COMFORTABLE - & HELPFUL STAFF :)

Clean little place that had all you needed for a short city florence stay... booked this for my aunties and cousins who travelled together... hotel staff were VERY ACCOMMODATING and VERY NICE in helping them with their stay. Thankyou and hope to see you again when we come to florence next :)

Bad service and room smelled really bad

The room smelled really bad from mold or drain. All my clothes smelled for days after my stay. I contacted Franscesca about the issue but she didn't reply. It was also water on the floor when I woke up one day. Luckily I had remouve my new clothes that I had been shopping from the paper shopingbag cos it was all soaking wet so they would have been destroyed. They also charge you an extra €3 euro per night in a "tourist tax". I asked for a receipt but they didn't leave it. I had to call, e-mail and text several times to get it. The room was very cute tho. But I'm never going to stay here again even tho I'm in Florence pretty often.

Interesting adventure

It was interesting. Needed and used map on phone to get around the islands and to navigate the over 400 walking bridges in Venice. He b&b was clean and quiet and on a canal. The woman on the property did not speak much English.

Soggiorno da dimenticare

Personale maleducato, arrogante e poco professionale.La stanza prenotata era vista giardino ma di giardino non si è visto neanche l'ombra. Chiediamo gentilmente di cambiare camera soprattutto perché preferivamo una un pó piu distante dalla cucina dovendo soggiornare tre notti ma ci viene negato anche se le altre erano libere. gli asciugamani erano puzzolenti, colazione pessima con prodotti imbustati e scadenti, televisione microscopica e doccia piccolissima (si deve essere contorzionisti per poterla fare). Primo giorno rientrati dopo una giornata fuori, stremati, convinti di poter riposare prima di uscire nuovamente, troviamo la stanza ancora senza fare... motivo???"abbiamo sentito una televisione accesa e non abbiamo rifatto la camera pensando fosse occupata" e dopo battute poco consone riceviamo come premio il telefono attaccato in faccia! ah per la cronaca la televisione era stata dimenticata accesa in un"altra stanza. Dopo ore abbiamo la presenza dell' altra socia che cercava giustificazioni assurde per spiegare l'accaduto invece di scusarsi ( c' é stato persino detto che c erano i fantasmi)... In sintesi Firenze è stupenda ma con un albergatore così anche una città incantevole si trasforma in un incubo.... infine, aggiungo l'unica nota per noi positiva: materasso comodo!

The place is nice, the attention, not that well...

The place is really nice, the breakfast and the welcoming as well, however, they kick my girlfriend out while waiting for me to arrive with our rented car because the check out is at 10 am.

Room is tiny, bathroom is even tinier... and the floor is dirty... Breads are days old. My room is next to the main entrance, so you can hear people coming in and going out all night long. Sound proof is bad, you hear everything. So, if you have literally no expectation from the money you paid, and you just want to be close to the train station. This is a place you can consider.

Visto il prezzo mi aspettavo un confort generalmente più alto. Il letto non è comodo, le lenzuola sono sintetiche, gli spazi un po' ristretti, la colazione di bassa qualità. L'accoglienza discreta. Per il resto tutto un po' inferiore rispetto all'aspettativa dovuta alla lettura delle altre recensioni.

Καθαρό και άνετο

Ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό. Το πρωινό περιλάμβανε αρκετά πράγματα και διέθετε και ψυγείο που μπορούσες να αφήσεις πράγματα. Το wifi είχε πολύ καλό σήμα σε όλους τους χώρους. Βρίσκεται σε ισόγειο χώρο και όταν πήγαμε γινόντουσαν έργα οπότε ο δρόμος ήταν κλειστός και υπήρχε αρκετή ησυχία. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό Santa Maria Novella και ήταν αρκετά κοντά από τα αξιοθέατα. Ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή μας.

Es un b&b cerca de la estación, y del centro

Está en buen estado pero no excelente le falta mejorar algunas cosas como las camas, el espacio en el cuarto de baño. pero en general está bien.
