The room was great! Very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect as well! The only con was there was a sewage smell when we first arrived, but it slowly went away. The staff was kind enough to supply some air freshener. It was a great stay and I wish we could've stayed longer! Check in was seamless.

Struttura a due passi dal duomo con camere pulite, insonorizzate abbastanza bene e fornite di ogni comfort. La receptionist super disponibile e cordiale per qualsiasi informazione. Ottimo anche il servizio di locker gratuito che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura e goderci le ultime ore a Firenze dopo il check out senza doverci affidare a servizi esterni o dovendole portare con noi. La colazione a pagamento è servita presso la Terrazza Rodo al primo piano dell’edificio che offre una colazione a buffet da poter consumare con vista sul duomo.

Absolutely incredible location. Literally seconds from the Duomo!- no more than a 10-15 minute walk to most major sights (Mercato Centrale, Ponte Vecchio, Sante Croce) and Palazzo Vecchio was at the end of the street.... Super convenient for nipping back to the hotel for bathroom breaks/ rain breaks or just a sit down.. It's a different way of operating to other hotels, relatively little interaction with staff- no room cleaning for our short stay (towels/ toilet roll etc were available from a storage cupboard in reception which actually worked better for us than I thought it would).... Lift access was super helpful, storage lockers for ore- Check-in/ after check out were also a huge bonus... Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Numa Rodo to friends or family... I also wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I come back to Florence...

Excelente servicio del personal de recepción, felicidades, pero las instalaciones y cuarto de hotel dejan mucho que desear, muy descuidado, muy precario, mas de un hotel de paso, el cuarto huele a drenaje todo el tiempo, nunca limpiaron el cuarto durante la estancia, el aire hace ruido todo el tiempo, definitivamente cero recomendable, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad.

Difficult to find the actual building and initially check in as there are no front door staff. The building it’s in looks very old and run down so bad first impression. The actual room is okay. Walls are thin and they echo so if anyone’s in the hallway you can hear them clearly.
