This was our second visit at this property and we were so happy to return. We had our wedding here in 2022. The property itself is beautiful and clean and in a great location. The shuttle service is very convenient to get you to the city centre of Florence. Staff were extremely helpful, the food at the restaurant is amazing. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a wonderful and unique experience. The staff service was amazing. Two things that could be improved. It would be great if the recharging technology for phones and other electronics was up to par. Ideally there should be USB outlets scattered throughout the rooms. And finally, I asked the front desk to order a taxi and then I realize the shuttle driver was leaving in three minutes and so when I went to cancel the Taxi, I was charged €20 because he was already on the way. There should be a way for the Hotel of this quality and importance to be able to negotiate with taxi drivers and cancel the service without payment by the customer. Anyhow, that is my feeling. Have a wonderful day.

We were very impressed with the hotel!! Bello!! It is a very quaint hotel nestled in a beautiful winding road. The landscape is stunning. The service is first class. All the staff is very accommodating and incredible hospitality. The rooms are delightful. The food is superb. The pool was heated and very cozy. They have a nice shuttle every hour going to downtown Florence only 15 min. You get the Tuscany vibe and are very close to downtown. We will be back!!

A true gem. The photos online and instagram don’t do it justice.we stayed at Ill Saviatino for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a short ride(complimentary) from the beautiful hills just outside of the center of Florence. The views, property, interiors and staff are all wonderful. The decor is spectacular!! Each room is filled witt thoughtful, unique decor selections. It’s classy without being pretentious.the staff is warm and kind. The breakfasts are served on a covered terrace with pink striped awnings and gravel flootrs. The property is swimming in flora and plantings. There’s a spa and the formal gardens are lovely. Understated elegance with a touch of rustic .A VERY special property.

This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel. There are also local villages close by which are also worth exploring by car or taxi. The food and wine etc at the hotel is all top notch with the staff at the bar and restaurant are amazing! Thanks to the place and the hotel people I would thoroughly recommend this as the perfect hotel to stay and enjoy in Florence. We will be back !
