If you want a reasonably priced room in town, this is the place for you! Easy for sights, the train and for taxis. Knowledgeable staff, inventive and simple spaces and the best darn cup of coffee! I totally recommend!

Wonderful hotel in a great location, with exceptional staff! We were able to use their luggage storage to explore Florence at its fullest. The rooms were so cozy, clean, and spacious. Would definitely stay at this location again.

It did not have a lift so you had to walk upstairs to your room. The room was clean and the staff was great. The location was excellent.

Hotel is very sweet, with clean rooms, well located and very kind staff. Only downside is that noise in the hallway does carry into the rooms so suggest packing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I stayed in a single room and it was well sized for one person.

Zentral gelegen. Moderne, schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Badezimmer scheint jedoch älter zu sein, jedoch zweckmäßig und sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal, zum Abschied gab es sogar ein Päckchen Cantuccini - sehr süß!

I would give 6 stars if I could - rooms are decorated beautifully & are super clean. the location - especially if you want to visit the Accademia early in the morning - is perfect. I loved the coffee & snack station the lobby. everyone working there was also super friendly (they recommended me a great pizza place that matched my needs perfectly). I would absolutely choose this hotel again for my visit to Florence.

Property is about 15 minutes walk from train station and museums. No tissues in room, steep steps to climb to 2nd story. Staff is excellent and very helpful. No Refrig or coffee maker in room. Community refrig and coffee maker.
