Disliked: Amenities
The front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. That said, my room wasn’t cleaned my first day, and the AC that was advertised didn’t work in my room, and it was impossible to sleep. When I opened the window even for a short time, it was flooded with mosquitoes. Very thin wall too.

The room was clean but too small for all the furniture they try to put into it. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean but tired. It was a bit odd having to first leave our passports at the front deck while we go up to our room. We got them back when we came down. Then again, rather odd to leave the room key at the front desk when we went out of the hotel. Maybe some security reasons but just have never experienced this in all our other travels.
