Good location and easy access to the famous spots, but not recommended to those who care privacy or room temperature control, because most rooms have to share public bathroom and only air fan is available in the room, no AC to be used for hot seasons

Florence is the hottest city in Italy. I knew there was no AC in the rooms of this hotel, but I didn’t expect that there will be heat wave in June. Their fans were really weak and not useful. I don’t think it’s a good idea to stay here in Summer (maybe it’s delightful in other seasons), especially you can predict when will be heat waves. Besides, the wifi was really weak and slow.

Hot hotel
It is really too hot. We spent 4 nights here and almost couldn't fall asleep. The beds are so hot. No air conditioner. Fan didn't help much. Not an good choice for family. Suggest not to chose this hotel in Summer. You can have many better solutions than this.

we are sorry for what happened .... It was the hottest week in the last 80 years throughout europe. Florence 41st and a lot of humidity.there are fans in all the rooms, but probably not enough for 41 °Marco

Lovely homey space near Duomo
Hotel Dali is not a particularly fancy hotel, it's basic but very homey, and beautiful in it's own way. Owner Marco is the heart and soul of the place, I was warmly welcomed by him in the same way like how the ex-customers' commented here. He gave me the map and marked down all essential tourist spots, great places for lunch and dinner and even ice-cream. I mainly used his map for my reference. The location is fantastic too, it was my first time traveled to Florence but I absolutely had no problem in finding the way back there, it's just right next to the Duomo! and the street Via del Oriuolo is quite different from all other streets connected to the Duomo, it's narrower and somehow less touristy, so it's really easy to find. Other staffs are also as friendly and helpful, the furniture and other stuffs available like hair dryer are a bit old but they function well and overall the hotel is comfy. I have noticed some shared bathrooms but I was lucky to book the room with individual bathroom. The street is full of interesting shops as well, antique shops, gallery with painting class, nice restaurants, historical landmarks... I have stayed there for 5 days and I do wish I can stay longer and even live there! It's a memorable experience! one more thing, the breads provided are delicious!

The romm is very small and outdated so I'm not sure whether it is clean or not. THe location is near by the central area which will make the trip easier but it also takes around 20 minutes from the train station to the hotel. since we checked in after 7P, the hotel charged us the extra 20 ERU for that. :( The owner is very nice tho and he also suggested us few mush visit places for our limited time there.

Extremely good location for enjoying everything in Florence. Lovely hosts. Old building. Large comfortable room, but no air conditioning and the fan wasn’t quite adequate for the heat.

Im Sommer kann man einfach nicht schlafen. Es gleicht einer Sauna. Die Zimmer sind so klein. Die Matratzen so unbequem. Die Toilette und die Dusche sind auf dem Korridor. Wir haben eine Familenzimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Im Zimmer waren ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Das Parken war auch stressig, da der Zugang so klein war. Es war Milimeterarbeit um reinzufahren. Alles in Allem, wir haben uns doch nicht ausgeruht in unserem Weg nach Süden. Wir hätten auch durchfahren können

Dear Sir, first of all we thank you for having choosed us for your staying with us. We are sure you appreciated the very central location 100 meters from the main cathedral of the city. We reserved you the room you asked for, a triple room (for 3 persons) with common bathroom. We had also rooms with private bathroom available . Our parking is free of charge in our courtyard, that means something rare as an iceberg in the middle of the city as we are 100 meters from the Duomo..that means also that this parking has an opening time schedule shorter than the private one just in front of the hotel where you would have payed 35 euro per day just for your car. The entrance is large enough for most of the cars, of course as it is located in a courtyard of a 16th century building, the street is tight and it is necessary to pay attention to get in. We help always every single guest to get in anytime. best regards

Eau séjour à 2 pas du Duomo, super hôte
Chambre propre et calme. Très bien situé à 5min à pied du Duomo. Marco est super et trouve toujours une solution pour rendre service (parking, ventilateur quand il fait trop chaud, grand frigo à partager avec les autres voyageurs) Possible de se garer gratuitement dans la court de l'immeuble hors weekend attention. Dans ce cas il faut le parking en face de l'hôtel (laisser vos clefs au voiturier qui manoeuvre les voitures suivant le besoin) ou parking du marché 39€ /jour couvert en sous sol. Comme précisé la salle de bain et wc sont à partager sur le palier avec les autres voyageurs. Pas de clim dans les chambres. Ce n'est pas un hotel mais genre de chambres d'hôtes avec accueil en semaine et personne disponible sur demande le weekend.

Fabulous 1 star hotel right next to the Doma.
I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was as I expected given the price I paid and the location. This is a small hotel in a traditional Italian building, right in the centre of the tourist area of Florence. I stayed in Mid Oct, so heat wasn't a problem, however I can see that Florence would be a nightmare in July heat wise. The weather was great (about 25 degrees) and I would recommend visiting Florence out of season unless you love being very hot! The lift worked fine. I appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room (and access to a freezer in the communal areas) The whole place was spotless and they had 2 very clean and up to date bathrooms. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The only downside for me was that I accidentally tripped the electrics in my room late at night. however I just went to bed and got the cleaner to sort it out in the morning! However, at least I know the electrics are safe! One thing about the area that you might find helpful, the Carrefour express opposite the hotel is very expensive, however there is another about 3 minutes walk away which is much cheaper. I can't remember the name, however I found it on google easily.

Great staff and location. It's a budget based walk-up (there is an elevator but?) very close to the Duomo Square. Community bathrooms and no A/C. I would stay here again, in the cooler months.

그냥 저렴하고 관광지에서 가깝고 역에서도 가까운 작고 오래된 호텔
공개된 사진에는 싱글룸이 없어요. 저는 가장저렴한 방을 선택해서 사용했는데 침대는 2개였고 방안에 세면대와 냉장고가 준비되어있었어요. 저렴한 가격에 관광지에서 가까운 숙소를 얻은것은 좋은 일이었고 걱정했던 베드버그나 그런것은 없었어요.
