Fabulous location at an affordable (for Florence) price. Air conditioning available as well as microwave etc in communal lobby area. Room and bathroom a good size. There will be a little bit of noise from outside but this is what happens in a good location, and I found it generally very quiet at night. There is a bit of noise from adjoining rooms if your neighbour likes to sing in the bathroom...but otherwise it's well laid out to prevent much noise transfer. Communication was excellent and host could not have been more hospitable and helpful when it came to check in etc. Would definitely recommend.

Our host Laura was very welcoming She shared information that made our stay in Florence so much easier The room in a beautiful palazzo was very nice , clean and comfortable. I would recommend highly for anyone visiting for a short stay. This location is close to everything

Posizione ottimale in pieno centro con tutti i servizi sotto casa: Farmacia, Conad, Tigota', Trattoria, Bar. Camere piccole ma confortevoli con bagno in camera. Piccolo angolo cucinino in comune.

Chambre très propre et très bien decorée. Les indications claires aident chaque resident à bien s'y retrouver dans l'appartement. Le hôte est aussi très disponible si il y a des questions. L'emplacement est génial : une dizaine de minutes du centre pour visiter les grands monuments, et en même temps je trouve que c'est très sympa car il y a plus de restos locaux etc.

The overall room was great. The bathoom and bedroom were updated. Until about 12am, it is very noisy outside. Check in was fairly simple. The bed was extremely comfortable. The walls are thin. I definitely heard the conversation of a couple in the next room. Overall, its a great place to stay. Close enough to city center but not too close that you feel claustrophobic.

Dejligt hotel nær centrum af Firenze. Tæt på gode restauranter og supermarked 3 min fra hoveddøren. Dejlige rum med meget fint badeværelse til hvert værelse. Køleskab og mulighed for vask/tørre faciliteter. Kan varmt anbefales!

Simone was very nice with us, flexible with our checkin time. everything was clean, but there were a lot of mosquitos as this is their time of the year. Would suggest adding a bug screen to the window

The apartment consists of 4 separate rooms, with individual bathrooms, and a small fridge in the kitchen area. The bathroom is very nice and so is the room but I found the mattress (individual bed) to be awful. A bit dented and quite uncomfortable. Andrea was communicative and check in was easy.
