Stayed at Firenze Al Duomo for four nights, everything is excellent, the room space is large with an amazing Duomo view, the interior renaissance design is beautiful, and the location is superb, just few steps to the Duomo. Highly recommend.

The hotel manager Andrea was great! He helped us with booking a taxi, bringing us breakfast on days when we had to leave early before breakfast was served. He suggested restaurants, texted us train schedules, answered our questions throughout the day. Our flight was delayed, we arrived to the hotel at midnight, Andrea was there to meet us and explained all the details about the hotel. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. We will definitely return again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect , the place was spotless, extremely clean, well maintained. The location was amazing, right in front of the Duomo. Communication was excellent throughout, and Andrea was incredibly helpful with recommendations and local tips. The service truly went above and beyond. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week in Florence and this was an excellent location. You are literally steps away from the Duomo. Our room was large and well kept. The bathroom was clean and modern. We had a room at the back with a private terrace in a courtyard. I overheard another guest complain that they wanted to face the duomo and were upset that their patio was in a shared courtyard. Facing the Duomo will be noisy. We loved our quiet clean room with a private patio where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. I would stay here again in a heart beat. When you are booking your room make sure you know what makes you happy. The check in and check out were seamless. Great communication from the staff. The staff really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. Thanks to all the staff.

Absolute center of the Firenze, right next to church, endless restaurants and shops, historical building, owner is very welcoming and prepared us with special gifts, also a light background history of the area as well as the place, amazing experience of checking in, room was new and interesting layout, loved everything about the room, with high ceiling and with both modern and renaissance design, walkable distance to nearly all the places in Florence, great overall!

5 estrellas no es suficiente para este increíble lugar, nos quedamos 3 noches con mi esposa y nos encanto, la ubicación, la atención, la limpieza, el tamaño de la habitación, todo es increíble, el servicio y la amabilidad por parte del personal es espectacular, están atentos a ti a todas horas, desde 5 días antes se comunicaron conmigo para atender cualquier necesidad y mandarme todo lo necesario para llegar exactamente a la ubicación y no tuviéramos problema, nos recomendaron con un mensaje en waap los mejores lugares para visitar y comer, nos ayudaron a llegar fácilmente a Pisa ya que el dia que queríamos ir hubo huelga de trenes, y nos facilitaron otra ruta, en fin si quieren hospedarse en Florencia y estas en busca de donde quedarte, recomendaría mil y un veces este hotel, espero regresar pronto, como un Plus, Andrea quien nos atendió, habla excelente español por lo que todo se nos facilito.
